Business Analyst / Project Manager Hybrid/London - (40% onsite) The Role The Business Analyst / Project Manager will support the delivery of business transformation initiatives across EMEA, working closely with business stakeholders, Technology teams and change delivery colleagues.

The role is responsible for analysing business problems, defining requirements, improving processes and supporting end-to-end change delivery within a regulated environment.

Operating across key support functions including Operations, Risk, Finance and Compliance, the successful candidate will ensure solutions meet business needs, align with governance standards and deliver measurable business outcomes.

About the Team The department drives digital transformation initiatives that enhance client experience, improve operational efficiency, optimise financial performance and reduce risk.

The team leverages technologies such as Automation, Generative AI, Agentic AI, OCR and workflow orchestration, while also establishing governance frameworks to support responsible AI adoption.
