The Role:

We are supporting a significant transformation programme within the payments space. This initiative is focused on enhancing the speed, security, and accessibility of everyday payment services, while also laying the groundwork for future innovation. The work involves improving how payments are processed and managed across a large-scale financial environment, helping to modernise legacy systems and support broader financial inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Business Process Modelling:Ability to create models that represent business processes, workflows, and systems utilising the BPMN notation and Visio.
  • Outputs Required: Process Models compliant with BPMN and created in Visio at the various levels requested by stakeholders
  • Requirements Elicitation: Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements through various techniques and well versed in both waterfall and agile techniques.
  • Outputs Required:Business and Solution requirements utilising templates for BRDs, User stories, use cases etc. These will be tracked and managed in Jira.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex data and business processes to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Experiencing in using data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights.
  • Outputs Required:Data Mapping, Data Models utilising financial standards and templates.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in conveying ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying problems and developing innovative solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management:Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and requirements.
  • Experience withISO20022is highly desirable.
  • You must be eligible for SC Clearance.
