AI Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a growing digital and technology function delivering complex, AI‑enabled products and services. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, supporting initiatives that improve core processes across operations, commercial, and back‑office functions.

You will play a key role in shaping solutions from early problem definition through to delivery and adoption, ensuring that technology, including AI, is applied responsibly, pragmatically, and in line with real business value.

What you’ll be doing

• Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, define priorities, and shape effective solutions
• Leading business analysis activities across complex initiatives, including those involving data, analytics, and AI‑enabled capabilities
• Challenging assumptions and helping determine when AI is an appropriate solution versus alternative approaches
• Translating strategic objectives into clear, delivery‑ready requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborating with product owners, architects, engineers, and data specialists throughout agile delivery
• Supporting testing, validation, and business readiness, including defining success measures beyond standard UAT where relevant
• Providing guidance and informal mentoring to other Business Analysts, setting a high standard for analysis and documentation

What we’re looking for

• Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex digital initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively
• Proven ability to frame problems clearly and translate them into actionable requirements
• Solid data and AI literacy, able to assess feasibility, risks, and value without being a data scientist
• Knowledge of LLM, NLP and Generative AI
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Sound judgement and pragmatism when balancing business outcomes, delivery constraints, and governance
