Account Manager/Executives (Permanent)

Account Executive At Peregrine, we drive digital transformation projects in large complex organisations. Using a consultancy- led approach, we create ways to close digital skills gaps by providing fully in-house trained graduates along with specialist Business Change and IT talent. Our mission is to deliver first-class service to our key customers within luxury retail, aerospace and defence, facilities management and public sector. The successful candidate will have a personalised development plan and will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our key client. Client Data Management: Maintain accuracy in our VMS SLA Monitoring: Track recruitment SLAs and alert the Customer Experience Lead (CEL) to any potential issues. Opportunity Development: Collaborate with the CEL, Customer Experience Director (CED) and Sales Lead to support with identifying and developing strategic opportunities. Service Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Peregrine RTD services, including value-added services, to support strategic account development. Gap Analysis: Identify gaps both internally and for the client, and report back to CEL, CED and Sales Lead Provide information, data, and feedback during regular meetings with the CEL, Consultant Experience Manager (CEM) and CED Consistently meet targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy across VMS, Statement of Work, and Excel trackers. Administrative Support: Assist the CEL and Sales Lead with administrative tasks. A natural ability to consult and guide clients. Relationship Building: Strong ability to form, maintain, and nurture business relationships. Superior telephone manner and interpersonal skills. Innovation: Ability to generate and implement fresh, innovative ideas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written English skills.
