We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Accounting and Finance Advisory Services team. This role requires a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently drive initiatives while supporting our clients through financial challenges and organisation transitions.

The Manager will have contact with clients/representatives, including but not limited to the CEO, CFO, general managers, client bookkeepers and accounting staff, private equity investment team, and private equity portfolio support personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advisory Services & Client Management
    • Provide strategic accounting and finance advisory services to clients across various industries.
    • Manage client engagements from planning through execution and delivery.
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
    • Identify opportunities for additional services and business development.
  • Process Development & Implementation
    • Assist with design, development, and implementation of accounting and finance processes and procedures.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Document procedures and train team members on new processes.
  • Post-Acquisition Integration
    • Manage accounting and finance integration efforts for clients following mergers and acquisitions.
    • Assess and reconcile different accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
    • Develop integration roadmaps and timeline for financial system consolidation.
    • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and minimal business disruption.
    • Establish unified chart of accounts, reporting structures, and financial controls.

Required Qualifications

  • Education & Certification
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • CPA certification strongly preferred.
    • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA a plus.
  • Experience
    • 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
    • Proven experience in post-acquisition integration and financial system consolidation.
    • Experience managing client relationships and leading project teams.
  • Technical Skills
    • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
