The Percy Hedley Foundation is seeking an IT Support Technician to back up a wide range of end-user computing, infrastructure and business systems. You will provide first and second-line support, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues, and help deploy devices and manage user access. You will also contribute to IT projects while upholding security standards.
