Percy Hedley Foundation's Hedley’s College Hub in West Lane Campus is seeking a dedicated Tutor to deliver high-quality learning to young people aged 16-25 with complex needs. You will plan and adapt personalised programmes, supporting learners to progress toward adulthood.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, apply Positive Behaviour Support strategies, maintain routine and structure, and contribute to a caring, inclusive learning environment with a strong safeguarding ethos.
