The Role We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join the Therapy Team at Hedleys College. We are seeking a motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic physiotherapist who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The successful candidate will become part of an established and dedicated team of therapists who are passionate about achieving best practice and continuously developing services to meet the evolving needs of the individuals we support. The role requires someone who values collaborative working and is committed to fostering effective teamwork within the college environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career Physiotherapist who is keen to develop their skills within a supportive and experienced team.

The successful applicant will be a qualified and HCPC-registered Physiotherapist responsible for managing a caseload of students with complex physical disabilities, communication difficulties, and learning needs. The role involves delivering both individual and group interventions in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring an integrated and holistic approach to care. Rebound therapy and hydrotherapy form key components of the therapeutic programmes offered. The post also provides excellent opportunities for continuing professional development (CPD) and regular clinical supervision.
