The Percy Hedley Foundation is one of the largest regional charities supporting people with a range of learning and physical needs. The Percy Hedley Foundation has three main sites providing specialist education, adult day services and residential care to our service users. The Role

The Percy Hedley Foundation is embarking on an ambitious digital transformation journey - and weâre looking for a Digital Transformation Partner. If youâre passionate about how technology can deliver new capabilities to a charity, its dedicated staff and wonderful service users, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
As a Digital Transformation Partner, you will be at the forefront of modernising the Foundation's business systems and use of data. You will:
- Develop key relationships to better align digital objectives with the needs of the services
- Support the Foundation's strategy through identifying, initiating and delivering new capabilities and technology
- Help colleagues across the Foundation realise the value of current systems and data
Youâll need to combine strong analytical ability, problem solving skills, stakeholder management, project scoping, delivery, process improvement and technology experience with quickly acquiring knowledge of the Foundation's use of business systems, and developing an understanding of how the Foundation's operational services function â to ensure successful outcomes for the charity.
Your role will ultimately help the Foundation deliver quality, impactful support and services by guiding the development of a successfully managed, wellâused and managed suite of business systems.
