This senior leadership role will lead and model excellence in therapy practice, driving improvements in integrated therapy delivery and student outcomes. As a key member of the SLT, you will represent therapy, support trans-disciplinary working, and deputise for Heads of School as required. You will manage and develop the therapy team, overseeing performance, quality assurance, CPD, and Positive Behaviour Support to ensure high standards of practice. The role also involves working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, effective therapy provision and continuous school improvement.
