About the Role
As a Domiciliary Support Worker / Senior Care Assistant, you will provide high‑quality, bespoke care to private clients in their own homes across Rutland—supporting independence, lifestyle choice, and wellbeing.
You’ll typically support the same clients, allowing you to build trusted, meaningful relationships.
- Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
- Medication assistance and wellbeing monitoring
- Meal preparation and light household support
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or social outings
- Encouraging independence and maintaining routines
- Providing companionship and reassurance

About You
