This is a full-time, on-site role located in East London. The Assistant Merchandiser will support the merchandising team in daily tasks such as inventory management, stock monitoring, sales analysis, and coordinating with suppliers. flexible WFH days, access to a gym, plenty of social events and a clothing allowance with room for growth within the role.

Skilled in Microsoft Excel, confident in building and maintaining various Merch reports.
· Able to make proactive, data-driven decisions within a fast-paced environment.
· Experience as a Senior Merchandising Admin Assistant or Merchandising Admin Assistant within fashion retail. Overseeing trade performance daily, highlighting risks and opportunity to Merchandiser.
· Works with Merch and Product to manage the production planning of key and core lines.
· Updating and reforecasting line cards weekly, proposing continuity and seasonal trade repeats to Merchandiser.
· Assist with store stock and replenishment planning.

Liaising with 3PL team to manage intake bookings and ad hoc requests.
· Critical path planning and management
· Work with product developers to ensure key planning dates are met and delivery targets achieved.
· Support product developers to ensure accurate data is maintained and stock is delivered on time.
