Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Operations Co-Ordinator to take ownership of our global supply chain, with a particular focus on wholesale deliveries and international compliance. As our wholesale channel grows, the role will ensure every order is delivered on time, in full, and in line with detailed retailer inwards processes. You will also lead on international shipping requirements — from navigating USA border changes to managing EIN/MID registrations and customs documentation. You will work closely with logistics, store, marketplace and customer service teams to improve the customer journey. This role requires both operational excellence (daily delivery management) and strategic oversight (partner performance, process improvement, and cost control).
Responsibilities:
- Lead wholesale logistics: ensure every customer’s inwards manual and compliance requirements are met across UK, EU, USA and beyond.
- Manage wholesale KPIs. Communication with stores, custom data entry and communication.
- Manage 3PL performance: set KPIs, forecast volumes, and build robust processes to support global growth.
- Manage Customer Service (outsourced) to improve end-consumer experience across deliveries, returns, Trustpilot reviews.
- Own international freight and compliance: EIN/MID numbers, HTS codes, customs clearance, duty and VAT monitoring.
- Partner with Finance on logistics budgeting, cost control, and invoice approvals.
- Raise invoices and resolve queries with wholesale partners.
- Support Customer Service (outsourced) to improve end-consumer experience across deliveries, returns, and packaging.
- Drive sustainability within logistics: packaging sourcing, shipping methods, and supply chain efficiencies.
- Provide regular KPI and performance reporting to the leadership team.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock movements and reporting discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, costs, and service levels.
- Oversee ad hoc operational tasks including stock storage, vehicles, and health & safety.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (fashion/wholesale experience preferred).
- Proven track record managing wholesale deliveries and retailer inwards compliance.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations (especially USA) and customs requirement.
- Hardworking, willing to get involved across the job remit and drive operational excellence in a growing brand.
- Excellent commercial awareness and cost management skills.
- Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships and challenge external partners.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficient with Excel and logistics systems.
