- Coordinate delivery with third-party technology partners, including Marketplace Partners (MPPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
- Keep customers and internal stakeholders informed through clear, timely and effective communication.
The role combines customer relationship management with the commercial and operational disciplines needed to deliver successful ERP implementations.

- The confidence to manage priorities independently, make decisions within agreed scope and escalate risks when needed.
- Strong people skills, with the ability to motivate, coordinate and support project teams.
- Experience using project planning tools such as MS Project, Visio or similar.
- An industry-recognised Project Management qualification, such as
PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent , would be advantageous, but equivalent experience is equally welcome.
What Success Looks Like
You'll join us ready to take ownership of an assigned project caseload and quickly build effective relationships with both customers and our Consulting team.
As you become established in the role, you'll independently manage multiple concurrent implementation projects through to go-live, maintaining strong project governance and accurate commercial reporting.
