The Senior Account Manager will own and grow a portfolio of 15-25 enterprise clients, with responsibility for expanding PerchPeek's services from initial use cases to full enterprise adoption and a target of 3-4x annual revenue growth within your assigned accounts. A successful candidate thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment and has demonstrated excellence in account management or sales at the enterprise level.

Responsibilities

  • Quarterback Deals – Responsible for revenue expansion within a portfolio of clients; manage end-to-end processes of sourcing, driving, and signing expansions and renewals for PerchPeek; convert small-scale POCs/use cases into enterprise-wide engagements through strategic deal management.
  • Craft Account Strategy – Create and maintain cohesive, well-researched, data-driven strategic account plans; deliver narratives that educate clients on PerchPeek’s value proposition and capabilities; communicate with program managers and senior decision-makers to identify opportunities to add value.
  • Drive Account Progress & Health – Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders; map decision-makers and track account progress; drive clear processes with urgency when opportunities are identified.
  • Be a Team Player – Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product teams, and with external partners’ cross-functional teams to drive deals forward, manage escalations, and inform roadmaps.
  • Build the PerchPeek Network – Develop relationships in the Mobility industry; represent PerchPeek at events (online and offline).
  • Be Customer Obsessed – Advocate for client needs while balancing the business needs and constraints; deliver key insights across the organization in a structured and proactive manner.

About You

The type of person we think will be awesome in this role will likely have the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years experience in high-complexity environments in an account management or account executive role with a quota.
  • Strong relationship-building with executive presence and the ability to influence and earn trust with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts and hitting revenue targets.
  • Top performer with credibility across internal stakeholders.
  • Strong storytelling abilities and the ability to build business cases for six-figure deals and renewals.
  • Operational and action-biased mindset with experience working across complex enterprise structures and multiple stakeholders.
  • Open to travel – we are a fully remote company; travel 8-10 times per year for client meetings, conferences, networking, or staff events.

Desirable but not required: experience in consultative sales or selling managed services; experience selling into HR; consulting background; self-starter with comfort operating in ambiguity; international experience and ability to build relationships across cultures.
