The Role
The Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of established accounts, driving revenue through sourcing, expanding, and renewing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue expansion within a portfolio of approximately 40 clients, managing end-to-end processes for expansions and renewals.
- Build strong client relationships, conduct regular reviews, and develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate deal progress, manage escalations, and improve processes.
- Represent PerchPeek at industry events and build the company network.
- Advocate for client needs while balancing company objectives through research and insights.
Requirements
- Experience in high-complexity environments in account management or sales, with a proven quota record.
- Managing a portfolio of 15+ accounts with a track record of growth and revenue achievement.
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise structures with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in building business cases for deals and renewals.
- Fluent in English and willing to travel internationally (~10-15 times/year).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consultative sales, managed services, or HR sales.
- Background in consulting.
- Comfort with deep relationships over a broad client base.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to ambiguity, and culturally agile.
