As Head Chef, you’ll be hands-on cooking great food every day while leading and inspiring a large brigade in a busy, high-volume casual dining kitchen. This is a role for a Head Chef who thrives on pace, positivity and people development. You’ll run a well-organised, high-performing kitchen, keeping standards high and the vibe right. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll bring together great food, great people and strong commercial results — pushing the team to aim higher every day.
The Role
- Lead, motivate and develop a large kitchen team
