Role
Overview: As a Team Leader / Supervisor at Perch Restaurant, you will oversee daily operations, lead and support our front-of-house team, and ensure exceptional service for every guest.
This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences.
You will be the point of contact for staff during shifts, helping to maintain a smooth and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
