Perch Group are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to join the team. What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience across .NET, SQL Server, frontend technologies, and Content Management Systems (CMS). You should be passionate about building high performing, scalable applications, comfortable working across both the application and data layers, and excited by solving complex engineering problems. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across application and data layers, while also contributing to the UI/UX and full stack component of our modernisation journey. You will help shape our future architecture, improve code quality, refactor legacy components, and build modern frontend experiences. This is a hands-on role with a clear progression path to Tech Lead, mentoring engineers and leading a small cross-functional squad.
