Perch Group are searching for a Software Configuration Analyst. This role is based at our Blackpool or Skipton office.
About Our TeamPerch Group houses data-driven services spanning the entire debt lifecycle, including BPO services, debt collection, debt purchase, reconnection, and litigation services. Working as part of the Operational Transformation team, you will be managing configuration changes to our internal systems, ensuring they are planned and delivered in the agreed timelines.
You'll make a major contribution by…- System Configuration
- Designing and building workflows that move accounts through various stages, by using decisions, results and outcomes.
- Leveraging HTML and CSS skills to build and edit communication templates within the CRM system.
- Configurating forms and pages within the CRM to display different data to agents.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of issues within our CRM platforms.
- Testing of new configuration changes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Developing and running SQL queries to move accounts where necessary.
- Using SQL to create reports that provide insights to the business.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Working closely with developers to discuss new features, progress updates, and testing of strategies and workflows.
- Providing system support and improvements based on business requirements.
- Knowledge of HTML and SQL is essential.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills across all levels.
- A first stage video call with the internal recruitment team (15 minute call).
- A face to face or video call with the hiring manager (45 minutes- 60 minutes).

What’s In It For You£30,000 + up to 20% of your annual salary, paid as a bonus. This role is based at our Skipton office however there will be the opportunity to work from our Blackpool and Manchester offices. 37.5 hours per week.
