What are we looking for? We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially minded and analytical individual with experience in audit, process management, governance or risk roles, and a strong ability to conduct root cause analysis. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and be confident reviewing and challenging complex onboarding and collections processes, ensuring performance is optimised from both a granular and macro perspective. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels, identify early warning signs, and work cross-functionally to drive improvements. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and be motivated by the opportunity to make a real impact while growing within an ambitious, rapidly expanding business.
