Perch Group are looking for TWO Business Development Managers to join the team! At Perch Group , our vision is clear: to lead the UK debt purchase and collection industry by harnessing cutting-edge technology to drive ethical, efficient, and data-driven debt resolution. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities across both debt purchase and servicing lines, supporting growth across multiple Group business units. The role will focus on developing qualified pipeline, building strategic relationships and supporting delivery of the Group’s wider commercial objectives and will support both investment-led growth and expansion of capital-light servicing revenues. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across multiple Group service lines by: Conducting outbound business development activity across agreed target markets. Building and maintain strong market and intermediary relationships. Maintaining accurate CRM records, reporting and opportunity tracking. Working alongside marketing on campaigns, outreach and lead generation activity. Experience within B2B sales, business development or commercial roles Comfortable operating within target-driven commercial environments Strong MS Office skills required. A first stage phone call with the internal talent acquisition team (15-minute call) An introductory call with the Commercial Director via Teams (30 minutes) A formal interview with the Commercial Director and another senior stakeholder (60 minutes) Please note we will close this role once we have enough applications for the next stages therefore you should submit your application ASAP to avoid any disappointment. 60,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience, PLUS up to 20% of your annual salary, paid as a bonus. ~ This role is remote . ~We offer flexible and hybrid working between our core hours of 8am- 6pm, Monday to Friday. ~ And many more benefits to support your wellbeing and professional development .
