We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded and process driven individual, with demonstrable experience in project management and is articulate and confident in communicating with colleagues at every level of the business, including senior members and stakeholders. The candidate will work as part of the Investment Director’s team, supporting the Investment, Sales, Implementation and Risk departments, across several areas including but not limited to:
- Bid Process Management: Co-ordinating Due Diligence meetings with external clients, the internal knowledge share sessions pre and post DD and assisting the Perch/client Q&A process throughout any transaction, supporting the Sales, Investment, Implementation & Risk departments.
- Ensure timely escalation of any issues, risks or unfulfilled conditions of completion to the Investment Director, Investment Committee or senior management.
- Own and manage the pipeline management system in Jira, identifying and rectifying any gaps or inefficiencies between Jira and Perch’s Sales department’s CRM.
- Drive automation and standardisation of reporting/monitoring dashboards to improve transparency across the business to further support the governance framework both in and outside of Jira.
Degree educated with 1-2 years of demonstrable experience in project management or governance within financial services (exposure to debt purchasing and/or credit related sectors is desirable). Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and escalate where appropriate. Strong MS Office skills required. Experience with Jira or equivalent process management tools would be highly advantageous.
This role is hybrid and is based at Manchester office, located in the heart of Manchester’s commercial hub with regular social events planned.
