The Implementation Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful onboarding and transition of new debt portfolios and client relationships within the business. This role ensures that all required elements for a successful book on through to issuing the Notice of Assignments (NOAs) are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with internal governance and external regulatory standards. Working closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, IT, Client Management, Data, and Commercial teams), the Implementation Coordinator ensures a smooth end‑to‑end implementation process, enabling efficient go‑live and long‑term portfolio performance.
- Implementation & Onboarding
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end onboarding of new debt portfolios and/or new clients, following agreed implementation frameworks and SLAs from a technical and system perspective.
- Manage and ensure Eligibility Checks, Pre‑Load Checks, Data Load and Post Upload Checks are complete and accurate.
- Issuing of NOAs within the internal SLA of 10 days, ensuring the Clients contractual requirements are also met.
- Loading and issuing of Notice of Appointment letters on contingent accounts.
- Data & Technical Processes
- Coordinate receipt, validation, and quality‑assurance checks of portfolio data files, ensuring data is transferred securely and complies with GDPR and FCA requirements.
- Support mapping, reconciliation, and technical configuration activities with internal IT/Data teams.
- Track data defects, issues, and resolutions to ensure readiness for go‑live.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams and external clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Provide clear, timely communication on progress, risks, actions, and required decisions.
Understanding of regulatory obligations within the UK credit industry (FCA, Consumer Duty, GDPR). Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. Confidence working with data files, data quality checks, and technical onboarding processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
The Application Timeline:

- A face to face interview with the hiring manager (45 minutes - 60 minutes)
