Perch Capital is the investment arm of Perch Group, a fast‑growing debt purchaser specialising in the purchase of alternative finance non‑performing loans. The company oversees the financial well‑being of over a million customers and assets exceeding £1 billion.

Day‑to‑day work

The role is part of the Investment Director’s team, supporting Investment, Sales and Risk departments across a range of activities.

Key responsibilities (approximate weekly allocation shown in brackets):

  • [20%] Monitor the active Debt Purchase and Contingent opportunities pipelines, ensuring all key milestones and deadlines are met.
  • [10%] Coordinate and schedule key internal governance meetings with stakeholders, acting as the central point of contact between Investments, Sales, Risk, Implementation, Finance, Legal and Operations. Track and monitor actions on the Jira platform.
  • [10%] Coordinate due‑diligence meetings with external clients, internal knowledge‑share sessions and manage the client Q experience with Jira or similar process‑management tools highly advantageous.

Benefits

Salary range £45,000 – £65,000, DOE, plus up to 20% of annual salary paid as a bonus. Position based at Manchester Spinningfields; flexible and hybrid working between core hours of 8 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per week; opportunity to complete formal qualifications and receive on‑the‑job learning.
