As a Senior Programme Manager, you'll lead sophisticated employee listening programs, manage programmes of increasing scope, and drive consistency across engagements. You'll leverage your programme management expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality, high-impact results that help customers turn insights into action. What You'll Do:
- Programme Execution: Manage and execute increasingly complex employee listening programmes across multiple project methodologies.
- Consultative Guidance: Gather business requirements and guide customers on Perceptyx's best practices for optimal programme design.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, analyse, and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Process Optimization: Optimise internal processes, demonstrating efficiency in managing timelines, deliverables, and customer interactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success and Sales to proactively identify expansion opportunities and support scope alignment.
- Team Enablement: Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and enablement initiatives.
- Systems Management: Maintain organized programme documentation and track timelines using Certinia, Gainsight, and other enterprise tools.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3 - 4+ years in programme or project management within SaaS, consulting, or employee experience (EX); enterprise-level customer experience is highly preferred.
- Education: Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Project Mastery: Proven success managing multiple complex programmes concurrently with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills.
- Agility: Ability to balance independence with deep collaboration in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfort navigating cross-functional tools and complex platform configurations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Leave: Unlimited paid holiday during each holiday year (inclusive of public holidays).
