The Role: This is a 3-month temporary placement - September 1, 2026 through December 15, 2026 based in the United Kingdom. The EX Analyst supports the delivery of assigned work across customer employee survey programs by building and configuring surveys in the Perceptyx platform, running standard reports/outputs, and preparing accurate, customer-ready deliverables. Working closely with Consultants and Program Managers, you will translate quantitative and qualitative results into clear PowerPoint visuals and summaries, perform quality checks, and support outcomes/impact analysis in alignment with Perceptyx standards and customer requirements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Survey Build & Configuration: Partner with Consultants to prepare survey materials and execute assigned configuration tasks, including setup of items, benchmarks, and trend structures in the Perceptyx platform.
  • Data Visualization: Export, clean, and structure quantitative data in Excel to create charts, tables, and visuals for executive-ready PowerPoint outputs.
  • Insight Synthesis: Support Executive Presentation development by drafting slide content and visuals that support the consultant-led storyline.
  • Qualitative Analysis: Organize and summarize verbatim feedback, identifying key themes and selecting representative comments to provide context to findings.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous QA checks across survey configurations, reporting outputs, and final deliverables to ensure 100% accuracy in formatting, labeling, and consistency.
  • Impact Analysis: Prepare inputs and visuals that connect employee experience insights to tangible outcomes like engagement, retention, and business metrics.
  • Project Support: Manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, maintain organized project files, and use approved AI tools to streamline drafting and analysis tasks where appropriate.
  • Collaboration: Attend customer meetings as needed to take notes and support follow-ups, while participating in internal knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a related field (research or data-related role) is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Experience using quantitative data to create charts and qualitative data to summarise sentiment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Detail Orientation: An obsession with accuracy and a desire to deliver superior, customer-ready results.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively, diplomatically, and courteously at all levels.
