Records Management Specialist (Fixed-Term)
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about data integrity? Join our small, specialised team as a Records Management Specialist where you\’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end records management services for our global network.
In this role, you’ll manage project‑specific documentation, ensuring compliance with quality and security standards and working within service level parameters. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring secure, ethical data management
- Supporting service level fulfilment and customer requests
- Administering access controls and security systems
- Contributing to audits and quality assurance
- Assisting with office management and vendor interactions
