We’re looking for an experienced Medical Imaging Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of imaging-related projects within a Clinical Research environment. This is a fully remote role based in the UK, working closely with global clients and cross‑functional teams.
What you’ll do
- You’ll take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, overseeing timelines, milestones, budgets and quality across the full lifecycle.
- Acting as the central point of contact, you’ll manage stakeholders, assess and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed standards.
- You’ll apply the most appropriate project management methodologies—whether predictive or agile—and lead teams through the entire study lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead medium‑scale Medical Imaging projects with firm deadlines and clear business impact.
- Manage risk, change control, quality reviews and stakeholder communications.
- Track and report on project financials, supporting budgeting, forecasting and audit requirements.
- Drive effective release and deployment activities, including documentation and issue resolution.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal partners.
What you’ll bring
- Proven project management experience, ideally within Medical Imaging and Clinical Trials.
- Experience with PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Calm, resilient and highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
