We're looking for a Records Management Associate to join our specialist team in Nottingham, providing end-to-end records management services for global operations and supporting the secure handling, tracking, storage, retrieval and archiving of study records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail and an interest in working within a regulated clinical research environment. You'll receive training and support from experienced colleagues while developing valuable expertise in records management, compliance and archival processes.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing, tracking and archiving study-related records
- Supporting document retrieval, scanning, indexing and filing activities
- Maintaining accurate inventories, logs and tracking systems
- Assisting with audits, inspections and client documentation requests
- Supporting physical archive processes including boxing, labelling and storage
- Working collaboratively with study teams and records management specialists
What we're looking for:
- Previous administrative, document control, records management or archive experience preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive, reliable and customer-focused approach
- Willingness to learn and develop within a regulated environment
