We’re looking for an IT Site Services Technician to join our Nottingham office and play a key role in delivering reliable technical support across our UK operations. What You’ll Do

  • Set up, image, configure and upgrade desktops and laptops
  • Help resolve day‑to‑day IT issues and service requests for local and remote colleagues
  • Log, categorise and progress incidents using our IT service systems
  • Support routine IT maintenance activities across hardware, software and networks
  • Help maintain accurate asset records and produce basic reports
  • Assist with software installs, testing and troubleshooting
