We’re searching for an IT Site Services Specialist to join our Nottingham office and provide exceptional technical support across our UK operations. In this broad-ranging onsite role, you'll take ownership of imaging and configuring desktops and laptops, supporting both local and remote colleagues, and ensuring our users receive a seamless and reliable IT experience. You’ll work Monday–Friday within standard office hours, with plenty of autonomy to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Install, configure, test and decommission hardware and software
- Resolve incidents and service requests—capturing, categorising, and progressing them efficiently
- Investigate problems and assist in implementing long-term fixes
- Support routine IT infrastructure operations and maintenance
- Maintain an accurate asset register and produce associated reports
- Assist with software configuration, testing and troubleshooting
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes and standards
- Be involved in projects across the wider IT organisation
What You’ll Bring
