We’re looking for a Growth Manager to transform our Marketing function into a data-driven, AI-enabled pipeline engine. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Strategy & Growth, you’ll design and scale a high-performing demand infrastructure that fuels commercial growth across our eClinical business. This is a high-impact, hands-on role spanning demand generation, marketing operations, CRM ownership and AI adoption—working at the intersection of marketing, sales, data and strategy. Enjoying significant support, your success in building an effective growth engine will be critical in fuelling the company's commercial ambitions, enabling the expansion of life‑saving solutions to sponsors, CROs, and research organisations worldwide.
What you’ll do:
- Build and scale a multi-channel, ICP-led growth engine (digital, ABM, LinkedIn, email, events)
- Own full-funnel performance: pipeline, conversion, CAC and ROI
- Lead Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing tech stack optimisation (lifecycle, automation, attribution)
- Deliver real-time reporting & dashboards to inform strategic decisions
- Drive AI-powered marketing using tools like Copilot/Claude to scale targeting, content and personalisation
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Strategy & Partnerships to accelerate deal velocity and revenue
- Lead a lean, high-performing team and manage budget for maximum impact
What we’re looking for:
- Proven success building B2B lead generation ecosystems from the ground up
- Strong expertise in SFDC/HubSpot, automation and data-driven marketing
- Experience in SaaS/technology environments (eClinical or life sciences a plus)
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and funnel optimisation
- Confident, collaborative leader who can influence cross-functionally
