Forming part of a small, highly supportive team within our Clinical Operations group, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering imaging-focused research projects on time and within budget, leading internal project teams while partnering closely with sponsors and clinical CROs. You’ll manage a varied portfolio spanning early and late phase clinical trials, acting as the primary operational point of contact and providing clear, regular updates to stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating study planning, start-up, maintenance and close-out
- Leading and delivering early/late phase imaging projects, managing scope, quality, risks and timelines
- Building and tracking project plans, priorities, deliverables and resource impacts (including revenue forecasting)
- Running client teleconferences; owning agendas, minutes and actions
- Maintaining study documentation and reporting; support SOP/work-instruction standardisation
- Proactively managing budgets, pass-through costs, revenue reconciliation and change orders
- Mentoring and providing back-up support across the project management team; contributing to BD activities and audits.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in pharma/biotech/clinical research or healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of GCP/ICH and confidence operating to SOPs and regulated standards
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, organisation and communication skills
- PMP and medical imaging experience are advantageous but not essential
