The highest calling for AI is improving human health.

At Perceptic, we're building the AI operating system that powers drug discovery - a unified intelligence layer that connects evidence, reasoning, and action across the entire drug lifecycle.

We were built by operators from Palantir who spent years deploying production AI in the world's most demanding enterprise environments.

We know what it takes to make ambitious technology hold up under real pressure.

As account strategist, you will be the strategic bridge between Perceptic and our customers, driving adoption, expansion, and product evolution.

You'll own relationships with key accounts (currently mid to top tier pharma, but expanding into biotech, CROs and academic research institutes), translate customer needs into product strategy, and ensure our platform delivers transformational value across the Pharma value chain – with a particular focus on scientific discovery, preclinical and clinical research, and drug development.

This role combines deep customer engagement, technical storytelling, strategic account growth, and cross-functional leadership.

  • What You'll Own
  • Customer Relationships & Account Growth
  • Own strategic relationships with our key customer stakeholders at large pharma companies – typically senior directors and higher.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's drug discovery challenges, organizational dynamics, and strategic priorities.
  • Create and execute account expansion plans: identify new use cases, additional therapeutic areas, target stakeholders and cross-functional adoption opportunities.
  • Build champions within customer organizations who advocate for Perceptic and drive internal adoption.
  • Track account health, usage metrics, and ROI; proactively address concerns and position for renewals and upsells.
  • Product Strategy & Customer Voice
  • Serve as the internal authority on customer needs, pain points, and feature requests.
  • Synthesize feedback from user interviews, deployment experiences, and market research into clear product insights.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize roadmap items, define requirements, and validate solutions.
  • Participate in product design reviews and beta testing programs; ensure new features solve real customer problems.

Track competitive intelligence and industry trends; inform positioning and differentiation strategy.

  • Deployment & Technical Enablement
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects end-to-end—from kickoff to production workflows.
  • Collaborate with customer data science and computational biology teams to integrate Perceptic into existing pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges, working with Engineering to resolve issues and optimize performance.
  • Develop customer success playbooks, training materials, and best practice guides as we scale.
  • Measure and communicate customer outcomes; publications, product opportunities generated, time saved, cost reductions.
  • Demos, Content & External Presence
  • Design and deliver compelling product demos tailored to different audiences—bench scientists, computational biologists, R&D executives.
  • Create case studies, white papers, and scientific content that demonstrate platform value.
  • Build pitch decks and outreach materials for new customer acquisition and expansion conversations.
  • Lead proof-of-concept and pilot programs that showcase capabilities on customer data and problems.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the connective tissue between customers and internal teams (R&D, Engineering, Product, Science).
  • Translate technical capabilities into customer-facing value propositions and vice versa.
  • Partner with founders on go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and partnership opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning around target segments, customer success operations, and team scaling.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Passion for solving complex scientific and technical challenges
  • Experience in or deep motivation for interfacing between deep tech, software and life sciences
  • Strong ability to decomp complex problems into actionable tasks, communicate those clearly to team members both on the deep tech, business, and scientific side
