Percepta is seeking an Associate Enterprise Customer Success Manager (AECSM) to support French-speaking Enterprise Customers from Dunton, Essex. The role is hybrid, with remote work and 1–2 days per month onsite, and occasional travel to France, Belgium and across the UK.
You will manage the post-sale journey, deliver training and insights, collaborate across teams, analyse usage data, and lead business reviews to maximize ROI and renewals.
