- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days at home)
- Salary: £34,540 (annually) plus Performance Bonus
Job Summary
You will be the dedicated single point of contact for customers—driving adoption, resolving issues, and ensuring they achieve maximum value from our automotive technology solutions. This role is all about building strong relationships, driving product value, and turning everyday support into exceptional customer experiences. You’ll own customer accounts end to end—helping users get the most from the product, solving issues fast, and proactively identifying opportunities to boost engagement, efficiency, and loyalty.
During a Typical Day, You'll
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers
- Proactively manage accounts to maximise product usage and value
- Deliver product training, coaching, and best‑practice guidance
- Triage and resolve product and technical issues efficiently
- Identify churn risks and turn them into advocacy opportunities
What You Bring To The Role
- Fluent in Dutch and English to C1 level
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support
- Strong listening, questioning, and relationship‑building skills
- Strong product and technical aptitude
- Ability to adapt communication style across cultures and markets
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and video
- Confidently engaging with customers, internal teams, and partners
