As a Temporary Part-Time, Junior Fleet Sales Business Executive based in Dunton, Essex , you’ll be part of creating and delivering excellent customer experiences while enjoying a unique culture. What You’ll Be Doing: This is a target-driven position requiring teamwork, initiative, high energy, and resilience. You should be a strong communicator with a passion for sales in a fast-moving environment. Your responsibilities include researching fleet opportunities, supporting business growth, and developing the Ford Database by following up on leads to generate appointments and sales opportunities. You will also support customer service for Ford’s Corporate Sales team, assisting in customer retention and contributing to the overall objectives. During a Typical Day, You’ll: Operate as the first point of contact for assigned customers. Make outbound calls and emails to maximize business opportunities. Maintain the Microsoft Database Salesforce with all communications and cleanse records at first contact. Research clients online to find new opportunities. Build rapport with prospects and manage leads through the sales cycle. Follow up on potential leads and ensure accurate communication. Attend team meetings and internal/external meetings as applicable. Meet KPIs set by your Line Manager. Support the Corporate Sales Team with various support tasks. Report issues affecting performance and suggest improvements. Adhere to ISO and GDPR policies. What You Bring to the Role: Entry-level telesales experience preferred but not necessary. Administrative experience is advantageous. Qualifications: GCSE, O Levels, or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Target-driven with strong communication skills. Flexible, self-motivated, and a team player. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within the UK occasionally.
