Salary – Up to £37,260
Full-time (40 hours/week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.00pm | flexibility required for international meetings)
Must be willing to travel regularly between UK and European sites (min once per month)

We are seeking a flexible, proactive, reliable, and collaborative CRM Business Admin Analyst to support the EU CRC Business Administration team, focusing on Salesforce & GCCT across European CRC hubs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This bilingual role in Spanish and English involves leading the deployment of Salesforce CRM across 5 hubs in 2025, supporting existing CRM systems, and providing post-go-live support to operational teams. Responsibilities include implementing configuration updates and collaborating with IT support.
During a Typical Day, You’ll:
- Support CRM users and configure permissions in Salesforce
- Manage user administration with European roles and permissions
- Create dashboards and reports for operational support
- Handle agent queries and incidents, escalating issues as needed
- Work with support teams to analyze errors and system behavior
- Provide feedback for system and training improvements
- Conduct UAT and smoke testing for system updates
- Provide data analysis and extracts for management
- Coordinate system requirements and training with relevant teams
- Support Salesforce AFR process and legacy data access
What You Bring to the Role:
- Fluent in written and verbal Spanish & English
- Relevant degree or experience
- Mid-level experience with CRM administration and data analysis
- Salesforce experience preferred, but not essential
- Experience with IT ticketing systems like Jira preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- IT literacy and ability to manage multiple requests
- Knowledge of EU Contact Centre processes
- Ability to work independently and in teams

- Core hours in EU time zone
