Your mission
We are looking for a PLM Support Consultant to strengthen our team around the Windchill solution. You will be involved in a large-scale international project in the defense sector, and will be responsible for support, operations, and continuous improvement activities in critical environments. This position requires a Defence Security Clearance and is primarily performed full-time on the client’s site. Remote working may be considered, subject to operational requirements and the need for on-site presence.
Your role
- Analyze and resolve complex incidents (code, logs, Oracle / SQL databases, Windchill configurations)
- Handle recurring issues and implement workarounds
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and incident management processes
- Deploy fixes and ensure system installation, maintenance, and updates
- Install and configure environments (integration, validation, pre-production, production)
- Ensure daily operations (backups, restorations, services, upgrades)
- Manage access rights in accordance with security policies
- Monitor systems and optimize performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement and share best practices
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in PLM / Windchill support
- Familiar with ITIL best practices (ITIL certification being an advantage)
- Ability to understand and analyze code, investigate incidents, and propose solutions
- Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Zabbix, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server
- Technical skills in Java, SQL, PowerShell, Batch, and JavaScript
- Good command of Unix/Linux and Windows environments, as well as VMware and Docker
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, responsive, with strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
- Team player
- French is a plus
