About The Role
Peraton is currently hiring an experienced Power Platform Dev Ops Developer to join our U. S. Army Europe Regional Cyber Center (RCC-E) program.

Role Overview
- As a Power Platform Dev Ops Developer, you will join and support the U.
Army Europe Regional Cyber Center (RCC-E).
In this role, you will assist the team in designing, developing, automating, deploying, and supporting enterprise solutions across multiple teams within RCC-E.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Dev Ops practices, automation frameworks, cloud technologies, and software development across multiple programming languages.
- This role requires expertise in building scalable solutions, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, integrating enterprise applications, and supporting Agile delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Power Platform Development
- Build, test, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-driven Power Apps
- Configure and maintain workflows in Power Automate
- Support Dataverse integrations and related data architecture
- Complete daily development tasks, user stories, and technical assignments under the direction of the Dev Ops Manager
- Agile / Dev
Ops Support
- Work within Agile methodologies to support Dev Ops functions
- Maintain and update existing CI/CD pipelines
- Execute deployments and monitor system health using established Git Ops workflows
- Python Application Development
- Write clean, maintainable Python code for backend applications, APIs, and integrations
- Support and enhance existing Python codebases using enterprise design standards
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
- Infrastructure & Automation
- Support containerized deployments in Kubernetes environments
- Write and maintain Ansible playbooks for system configuration and software deployment
- Assist with infrastructure automation and environment management
- Database Administration
- Manage and maintain databases supporting Dev Ops and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including:
- My SQL; Postgre SQL; Vertica; Oracle
- Software Development & Integration
- Design, develop, and maintain applications, scripts, APIs, and automation tools using:
- Python; Java; VB. NET / Visual Basic; Java Script / Type Script; C#; Power Shell; SQL; YAML
- Bash / Shell scripting
- Security & Compliance
- Assist in automating secure configurations for network devices aligned with STIGs and other Do D enterprise security standards
- Manage user roles, access policies, and authentication integrations including:
- AUDS
- LDAP
- SSO
- SAML
- RMF & Audit Support
• Support the RMF team with
- POA&Ms
- STIG reports
- Audit readiness documentation
- Maintain detailed logging, reporting, and configuration documentation, including:
- Architecture diagrams
- SOPs
- TTPs
- Basic user guides
- Documentation & Change Management
- Maintain up-to-date architecture diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
- Participate in formal change-control processes
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Education / Experience (TESA / Do D 8140 DCWF 621)
- Must be able to achieve TESA status.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field with 5+ years relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with 10+ years relevant experience; OR High School diploma with 12+ years relevant experience.
Required Certifications
- Any Major Industry certification.
- One or more of the following: GMON; GRID; CEH; Cloud+; Cy SA+; GSEC; Pen Test+; Security+; SSCP; CISSP-ISSAP; CISSP-ISSEP; GCIA; GICSP.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years designing, building, and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate flows.
- Strong software engineering experience with Python, including OOP, testing, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes environments.
- Experience writing Ansible playbooks for infrastructure and network automation.
- Experience with Git workflows, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
- U. S. Citizenship required.
- Do D Secret security clearance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (Ia C).
- Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure.
- Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or Maven.
- Experience with AI/ML workflows.
- Strong understanding of secure configuration management aligned with STIGs and Do D standards.

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
