Peraton is seeking a EUCOM Telecommunications Officer (TCO) Services Support & CSfC Coordinator Specialist onsite in Stuttgart, Germany to serve as the Telecommunications Officer (TCO) Services Coordinator, supporting our DoW customer in implementing enterprise-level mobility, telecommunication, and CSfC (Commercial Solutions for Classified) technologies. The successful candidate will oversee mobile operations, resource management, and the implementation of multiple CSfC and mobile technologies. This role will work closely with the EUCOM Operations Lead to help oversee the implementation of the different tools and solutions provided by the contract. TDY travel may be required at Government discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, track, and resource mobile communications in support of EUCOM's mobile communications requirements.
  • Coordinate, track, and resource CSFC deployments including DAR, EVERFOX, SecureView, Flagship, and NTE.
  • Integrate with other Service Providers for: DMUC, DMCC-S, SIPR Tablets and other related external solutions.
  • Track, update and issue mobile and CSfC devices per Command policy to include vendor engagement and working with the government on entitlements and contract updates.
  • Provide management and tracking of the following mobility support areas: NIPR Cellular (DMUC), SIPR Cellular (DMCC-S), Top Secret Cellular (DMCC-TS), Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC).
  • Review and aid in development of the implementation plan and schedule from external vendors.
  • Provide support on issues, guide users on resolution and after-action review.
  • Manage integration and optimization of performance, scalability, and security of VDI solutions.
  • Be a member of cross functional team of SMEs to oversee the technical integration and implementation of solutions provided for this contract.
  • Assist with product/solution analysis of new and existing tools for new/changing customer needs.
  • Produce Concept of Operations, Analysis of Alternatives reports for new products/solutions.
  • Provide weekly and monthly status reports and fulfill other reporting requirements as required for overall program reporting requirements.
  • Provide old and new user information to Command TCO and request DISA Storefront (DSF) license re-assignment.
  • Generate Ivanti MobileIron usernames and PINs as required to configure existing or new DMUC issuances.
  • Maintain DMUC Allocation by Directorate spreadsheet, updating at least every quarter.
  • Configure and set up new and transferred devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, opening tickets with DISA Global Service Desk when local troubleshooting fails.
  • Coordinate configuration, set up, and troubleshooting support from 52d SSB and ELITE Mobility support personnel.
  • Track DISA device expiration cycles and provide recommendations to Command TCO on Life Cycle Refreshment.
  • Configure devices as required in Apple Business Manager (ABM). Notify DMUC users when iOS updates are mandated by DISA.
  • Provide recommendations for updates to configuration guidelines at least once every year.
  • Create DISA ticket for configuration of new device.
  • Deliver to and pick up devices from DISA EU.
  • Maintain DMCC-S Allocation by Directorate spreadsheet, updating at least every quarter.
  • Create DISA incident tickets as required in support of user's issues.
  • Provide recommendations for updates to ECI 8102.01x at least once every year.

Qualifications

  • 15 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 10 years experience.
  • Certifications: DoD 8140 Compliant - CompTIA Security+ or equivalent required.
  • Requires Active Secret Clearance.
  • Ability to obtain TESA Approval.

Required Technical Knowledge

  • CSFC technologies and trends.
  • Mobile Technologies to include Apple and Samsung.
  • Mobile Account management to include Apple Business Management.
  • Knowledge with network and system security principles, protocols, and configurations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex security tool issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Understanding of industry compliance standards (e.g., DISA STIG) and relevant regulations is advantageous.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and emerging security tools.
  • Strong organisation skills for tracking and issuing devices and entitlements.
  • Proficiency in mobile technologies, including Apple and Samsung.

Details

  • Hours: Core work hours are 0800 to 1700, Monday through Friday (flexible hours may be required based on mission needs).
  • Travel: TDY travel may be required at the government's discretion.

Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
