We are building a modern, all-in-one payment platform that enables businesses to manage global payments and financial operations seamlessly. Our solution allows companies to open multi-currency accounts, send and receive payments worldwide, and manage cross-border transactions from a single platform. Our mission is to simplify global finance and remove friction from international business operations.

Your Mission

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building and leading Peratera's sales function as we scale internationally. You will develop and execute our sales strategy, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and personally contribute to winning key clients across our target industries. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the payments industry, has an established network, and is comfortable building and scaling a sales function.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing B2B sales team, growing to approximately 5–7 sales professionals within the next six months
  • Develop and execute Peratera's sales strategy across the UK and international markets
  • Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, targets, KPIs, and overall sales performance
  • Personally originate, develop, and close strategic and high-value opportunities
  • Establish clear sales processes, reporting, and CRM discipline across the team
  • Coach and support sales executives throughout the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement through to closing and onboarding
  • Drive new business across key verticals, including iGaming, CFD/Forex, crypto, remittance, financial institutions, and other international businesses
  • Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure opportunities are commercially attractive and suitable for onboarding
  • Represent Peratera at major fintech and industry conferences globally
  • Provide regular reporting, market intelligence, and commercial insights to senior management

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant B2B sales experience within EMIs, payments, and FX, with strong exposure to iGaming, CFD/Forex, crypto, remittance, or financial institutions
  • Previous experience leading and developing a successful sales team
  • Strong understanding of multi-currency accounts, cross-border payments, FX, payment rails, and international payment infrastructure
  • A proven track record of originating and closing new business
  • An established network within iGaming, CFD/Forex, crypto, remittance, or financial institutions
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify opportunities
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, KPIs, and individual sales performance
  • A hands-on mentality - you should be equally comfortable managing the team and closing business yourself
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working for an EMI, bank, payment institution, FX provider, or cross-border payments company
  • Experience building or significantly scaling a sales team
  • Strong relationships with decision-makers across our target industries
  • Understanding of compliance and onboarding considerations within regulated environments
  • Experience selling multi-currency accounts, FX, global payouts, acquiring, cards, or other payment products

What You’ll Get

  • The opportunity to build and lead the sales function of a growing FCA-authorised EMI
  • Direct employment with our UK entity, Peratera UK Ltd
  • Significant influence over Peratera's commercial strategy and international expansion
  • The opportunity to recruit and shape your own sales team
  • A central London office in St James's
  • Direct access to senior management and fast decision-making
  • Exposure to major international fintech, payments, iGaming, and financial services events
  • Competitive base salary and performance-based compensation
  • A central role in the next stage of Peratera's growth
