Your Mission

As a Senior Sales Executive - Remittance & International Payments, you will be responsible for developing new business across the remittance, money transfer, and international payments sectors.

You will originate and close opportunities with remittance companies, MSBs, payment institutions, PSPs, and other businesses with significant cross-border payment requirements.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who understands international money movement, has an established industry network, and can independently manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to onboarding.

  • Originate and close new business across the remittance and international payments sectors
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers at remittance companies, MSBs, payment institutions, PSPs, and other international payment businesses
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and initial engagement through commercial negotiations, closing, and onboarding
  • Identify opportunities across multi-currency accounts, FX, global payouts, and other Peratera products
  • Understand clients’ payment corridors, currencies, volumes, and operational requirements and develop appropriate commercial solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting within the CRM
  • Work closely with Compliance and Operations throughout the onboarding process
  • Represent Peratera at major international fintech and payments events
  • Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to increase volumes and revenue
  • Meet and exceed individual revenue and new-business targets
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Significant B2B sales experience within remittance, international payments, EMI, banking, FX, or related financial services
  • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, remittance, FX, payment rails, and international payment infrastructure
  • An established network within remittance, MSBs, payment institutions, PSPs, or other international payment businesses
  • A proven track record of originating and closing new business
  • Strong understanding of multi-currency accounts and global payout solutions
  • Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle
  • Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to business development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
