We are building a modern, all-in-one payment platform that enables businesses to manage global payments and financial operations seamlessly.

Our solution allows companies to open multi-currency accounts, send and receive payments worldwide, and manage cross-border transactions from a single platform.

Our mission is to simplify global finance and remove friction from international business operations.

Your Mission

As Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building the processes, systems, reporting, and data infrastructure that enable Peratera's commercial team to scale efficiently.

Working closely with the Commercial Director and Head of Sales, you will provide visibility across the entire commercial funnel - from lead generation and pipeline management through onboarding, activation, revenue, and ongoing client performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a practical understanding of B2B sales operations and knows how to turn commercial data into actionable insights.

What You'll Do

  • Own and continuously improve Peratera's CRM, sales processes, and commercial reporting infrastructure
  • Establish consistent pipeline stages, qualification criteria, sales processes, and reporting standard
  • Build and maintain dashboards covering pipeline, conversion, sales activity, onboarding, volumes, revenue, and individual performance
  • Manage sales forecasting and provide accurate visibility into expected commercial performance
  • Track KPIs across the sales team and provide regular performance reporting to the Head of Sales, Commercial Director, and senior management
  • Manage lead allocation, ownership rules, pipeline hygiene, and CRM data quality
  • Analyse conversion rates and identify bottlenecks across the sales and onboarding funnel
  • Track clients from initial opportunity through onboarding, activation, transaction volume, and revenue generation
  • Support the design and administration of sales targets, commission structures, and incentive plans
  • Produce regular sales, revenue, and management report

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar role within fintech, payments, Saa S, financial services, or another B2B environment
  • Strong experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with commercial and financial data
  • Experience building dashboards, forecasts, KPIs, and management reporting
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, pipeline management, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasting
  • Ability to identify operational problems and implement practical solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively across Sales, Finance, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Product.
  • A hands-on, structured, and commercially minded approach
  • Nice to Have
  • Solid background in payments, fintech, banking, EMI, FX, or financial services
  • Experience supporting an international B2B sales organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and optimise CRM systems and the wider sales technology stack
  • Strong knowledge of sales compensation and commission calculations
  • Proficiency in BI, analytics, automation, or data-visualisation tools
  • Understanding of client onboarding and compliance processes within regulated financial services
  • What You'll Get
  • The opportunity to build the revenue operations function of a growing FCA-authorised EMI
  • Significant ownership of the systems and processes supporting Peratera's commercial growth
  • The opportunity to work directly with the Commercial Director, Head of Sales, and senior management
  • Direct employment with our UK entity, Peratera UK Ltd
  • A central London office in St James's
  • Direct access to senior management and fast decision-making
