We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director of Partnerships to lead and scale Peratera’s global partnership strategy. You will build and manage high-impact relationships with banks, payment institutions, fintech platforms, and other strategic partners to expand commercial opportunities and strengthen our market position. This is a senior leadership position based in London, with hybrid working flexibility.
- Drive both short-term revenue targets and long-term profitable growth
- Build, negotiate, and manage high-value commercial partnerships
- Lead and mentor the partnerships team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless partner integration
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the EMI, fintech, or banking sector
