Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for the Head of OTC & Institutional Trading, based in Riga, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The successful candidate will oversee and build out the Over‑the‑Counter (OTC) and institutional trading desk, develop and implement advanced trading strategies, and manage hedging activities to optimize financial outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing market trends
- Creating relationships with key counterparties
- Monitoring trading operations to ensure compliance
- Implementing risk management protocols to maintain secure operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Trading, including OTC and Institutional Trading settings
- Strong understanding of Trading Strategies and Hedging mechanisms
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and decision‑making ability in dynamic market environments
- Solid expertise in Finance, with knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in building and scaling trading operations is a plus
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
