We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in London. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy from scratch, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, while working closely with the CEO, product, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Build and position the Peratera brand within the fintech and payments industry
- Lead customer acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels
- Manage performance marketing campaigns (paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, affiliates)
- Oversee content marketing, PR, and thought leadership initiatives
- Develop and manage partnerships and industry event participation
- Collaborate closely with sales to support lead generation and conversion
- Define KPIs, manage marketing budgets, and track ROI
- Build and lead the marketing team as the company scales
- Ensure all marketing communications comply with FCA and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role within fintech, payments, or digital banking
- Proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions
- Strong experience in B2B and B2C marketing within financial services
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
