We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director of Partnerships to lead and scale Peratera’s global partnership strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, alliances, and affiliate programs. You will build and manage high-impact relationships with banks, payment institutions, fintech platforms, and other strategic partners to expand commercial opportunities and strengthen our market position. This is a senior leadership position based in London, with hybrid working flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale Peratera’s partnerships function, banking and fintech partnerships, embedded finance collaborations, and referral ecosystems
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Drive both short-term revenue targets and long-term profitable growth
- Build, negotiate, and manage high-value commercial partnerships
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic distribution channels
- Lead and mentor the partnerships team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless partner integration
- Represent Peratera at industry events and maintain strong market presence
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in the EMI, fintech, or banking sector
- Proven track record of leading partnership teams and driving revenue growth
- Experience building and managing strategic partnerships, alliances, and affiliate programs
- Strong understanding of payment infrastructure, cross-border payments, and digital banking solutions
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Experience leading UK or international partnerships teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
