Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Team Lead to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for remote work. The Product Team Lead will oversee end-to-end product management processes and provide strategic direction while working closely with the CTO, developers, and designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the product roadmap and product strategy
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
- Lead development of the admin/back-office area
- Work closely with designers on customer-facing interfaces
- Collaborate with developers and the CTO on backend architecture and integrations
- Align product initiatives with regulatory and compliance requirements (EMI/FCA environment)
- Define KPIs and track product performance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases
- Continuously improve user experience and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Lead (preferably within a bank or EMI)
- Experience building scalable fintech platforms
- Strong background in Product Management and Team Leadership
- Experience managing fintech, payments, or regulated financial products
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
