Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Team Lead to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for remote work. The Product Team Lead will oversee end-to-end product management processes and provide strategic direction while working closely with the CTO, developers, and designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the product roadmap and product strategy
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
  • Lead development of the admin/back-office area
  • Work closely with designers on customer-facing interfaces
  • Collaborate with developers and the CTO on backend architecture and integrations
  • Align product initiatives with regulatory and compliance requirements (EMI/FCA environment)
  • Define KPIs and track product performance
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases
  • Continuously improve user experience and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Lead (preferably within a bank or EMI)
  • Experience building scalable fintech platforms
  • Strong background in Product Management and Team Leadership
  • Experience managing fintech, payments, or regulated financial products
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of payments infrastructure (SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT, card acquiring, etc.)
